I began my journey as A Travel Agent / Destination Specialist with Avoya Travel network on July 5th of this year. After having done my research and moving from one host to another and from behind the scenes with ALG,... I realized Avoya was the better choice, because they provide leads ($$$) (maybe not all good leads), but at least they are honest about it. During the training they explain the percentage of good leads and bad leads. Since I started.... I've slowly followed through with all the clients based on the training provided from the very beginning to the Early Success training. I highly suggest, "Don't ever stop training!" Everything is easy to find and the support desk is pretty quick to answer questions when your lost. Having a one-on-one is easy enough, just email and someone will take time to help. Most of the job is about reading. Lots of reading.
Everyone I've spoken with has been easy to get along with, and though there are not classes where there is a teacher and the students in a webinar (which I'm very used to and it worked to have the connection to the community I was working with) it's actually a good thing. They do have webinar meetings where we do gather and are being taught, but they are timed and your questions are answered... and if not, just email someone and they reach back as quickly as possible.
I've already booked $70,000+ Gross in 6 months, and my current year commission is over $3,000+. That's pretty good in my eyes for booking 8 customers out of the 37 I've been trying to work with. Unfortunately at times, you do have to let go of a client because there is nothing you can do to match their unrealistic budget. That's OK! Trust me!
If your interested in joining Avoya, just understand your NOT alone. There is always help and taking leads is a quick way to make a bit of cash.
I do highly suggest getting out into your community and making yourself known. It's your community that is going to remain loyal to you, their Travel Specialist.

I started as a new to the industry IA in mid March 2020, yes what an unfortunate time, right! Well I look at it is it is giving me the time to learn, prepare, collaborate, and explore prior to jumping in head first. The Avoya Team support in all areas of our business; the SR system available 24/7; the connection between Avoya Travel and Vendors, which assures the IA the best offers to clients and automatically gives the IA advantages to connect directly with Vendors; and of course, the weekly direct deposits and much more!
I'm given valuable tools and the support I need. Friendly, thoughtful online events are always useful, even when I repeat them. All of these are preparing me for "The Second Wave!"
Avoya Travel to me is the best Host to be with as they care about their Independent Agents and work hard to make sure that they have all the tools that are needed to be successful. I cam from another Host and 90% of the time you could never find anyone as they were always traveling somewhere. But that is not the case with Avoya Travel they really care and do everything to keep you up to date. I just love this company now and will stay with them for as long as I can work.

I was out of work over a year when a freind told me about Avoya since I had 2 years experience working for a storefront agency. I LOE IT. They provide and excellent platform to work in, live leads, support system and an amazing accounting dept. Today is my 4th anniversary of opening my agency and Avoya is still supporting me on a daily basis.

Never an issue with commission payments -- the unsung heroes in accounting! I closed a lot of sales due to Avoya's exclusive perks and discounts. Since Avoya is committed to innovation and excellence, they are have a solid long-range plan that is flexible enough to make changes along the way. Their computer system is easy to use. I did not mention their outstanding Live Leads system -- because I was able to be successful with my small business due to my repeat and referral business -- which they have recognized in a new way across the Network. The choosing of a host can be the difference between great support and average support. We have found Avoya to be there for us anytime we need a back office of any kind. They want to make sure you success. The software is not only user-friendly but also detail in the integration with vendor search agent. I like the lead generation program . People complain that some of the leads are not good. Well in all reality. The leads are only as good as the people going in to request information. Sometimes you get some really serious options and sometimes you won't. That is of no fault to Avoya. I will continue to run our business through this host
