Jess.Travel has gone above and beyond my expectations for a host agency. I was looking to start custom travel planning for a while but could not settle on an agency. During my first year, I went from a 50/50 commission split (as per my contract) to 90/10 due to my sales (and the bar isn't set too high either!).
