I read that IC can't use their business card for travel using KHM suppliers. How would I need to pay when booking personal travel?

Do you allow your agents to charge planning fees and do you require them to be processed through you in ALL states or just SOT states?

How does the annual fee work? Do you have to pay the amount up front? Is this in addition to monthly fees? Thanks.
