I joined TTAND last year as a brand new agent with no experience. Their training was fantastic but the support that I have received over this last 18 months has been even beyond that. The TTAND family is just that. Agents help each other out and offer the benefit of their experience. The back office team is patient and kind and is always excited to help me when something comes across my desk that's new. They all help me look like a rock star in the eyes of my customers. And when it comes to $'s I don't think that there's anyone better. Their commission % is fantastic and the more you book, the higher % you get. That's fair in my mind!
